Varitra is the symphonic metal project from Pouria Ghorbani who is from Tehran, Iran. He says, “As a passion, I’ve been pursuing metal and specifically symphonic metal. I have started making music for fun, until I was encouraged by friends to share my music. Apart from sharing the music I make, I also attempt to help out writing and recording exclusive music (including full songs, and short tracks) for media as a freelance audio producer, hoping to provide a little help to those who are running their own projects whether it’s a movie, short film, video game, commercial use, or anything that needs metal or symphonic/epic music to be used in a part of it.”

Temple of the Haunted Man
Temple of the Haunted Man, from Germany, has created music since 2010. After participating in musical projects and playing in bands, he realized that in the end the only way to make music the way he imagined it was to work by himself.
He describes his music as follows: ‘The background are themes like horror, ghosts, darkness in all facetts, fears etc. I try to create music and soundscapes wich produce memorable and deep feelings and experiences to the listeners. My musical influences are bands like Type O Negative, Tool, Anathema, Opeth, Nine Inch Nails, or music styles like black metal, progressive metal, classical music (Richard Wagner), melodic death metal and different styles. ‘
Temple of the Haunted Man’s featured tracks include In the Deep, Dying Light, Fade and Afterglow (Fade II). In the Deep is from his 2015 album of the same title, while the last three tracks are apart of a forthcoming album possibly titled Dying Light.
Nathan Cassidy has been playing guitar for seven years. For about two years he has been recording and mixing his own music. While the bands he was in were not interested in his style of music, he has always had a passion for creating his own music. Since he has discovered Soundcloud he has been able to share his music with people who share a similiar taste.
He says of his music: “When recording new songs for a project I usually like to keep them tied to a similar sound or the same genre of metal but lately I’ve been experimenting with 6,7 and 8 string guitar so keep an eye out for my new tracks!”

Enzan has been composing metal for twelve years and mixing for the last two years. He says of his music:
“I really don’t know much about music theory. I usually aim for musical beauty and “hooks” rather than progressism, which also means I don’t care if my music isn’t original. I currently have 5 musical projects (all instrumental) :
1- Helvedinn (Power Metal with symphonic tendencies)
2- Illumination Paradox (Symphonic Death Metal)
3- Winter’s Heart (Folk/viking Metal)
4- Astafaran (Oriental Metal)
5- A one-time piano album called “Lively Memories of Jeanne”
My music is and will remain free, forever. This is because I embrace the “open-source” philosophy. Every song is also under creative commons, so everyone can use them as they like (except for selling purposes).”
